Morris Energy Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of Morris Heating and Cooling Incorporated, one of Southwest Ohio’s largest heating and cooling companies. Founded in 1985, the Morris group has served the Southwest for nearly a quarter of a century, helping them to fulfill their greatest energy needs.
Morris Energy Solutions was founded in 2010 to provide the public with a “whole house” energy solution. Key energy saving home components of this solution includes replacement windows, doors, heating, cooling and several alternative energy products, i.e. solar, geo-thermal and turbine. Saving the consumer money through energy savings is the sole mission of Morris Energy Solutions.
Kim Allan Sharp
Kim Sharp is managing partner at Focus/FGW. He supervises all operations across the three corporate divisions, with a special emphasis on data mining, research and one-to-one marketing. Kim brings Fortune 500 experience in marketing and business management to the company and its clients. His prominence among Cincinnati area entrepreneurs and respect for his insights and business acumen, make him a valued and often quoted resource for local and national business publications.

Doug Morris
Doug Morris founded Morris Heating and Cooling in 1993 and has since been the president. His knowledge and experience in the heating and cooling industry began at the Slagle Manufacturing Inc. in Sidney, Ohio. Following that, Morris helped his father began his own sheet metal business, and his experience furthered when an HVAC division was added.
The Morris company is a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealership. Morris has a Master’s Licenses in HVAC, Hydronics and Electric. Morris continues his credibility in the field by participating on various local boards and committees in the Piqua area, including JVS Energy Advisory and City of Piqua HVAC Examining Board. Morris is also a committed member of the JVS Student Advisory Board and Trustee Board- Piqua Baptist Church.
Kevin Hillebrand, CRS
Kevin is an accomplished sales professional, with significant management experience in the window and patio door industry. Most recently, Kevin was the Retail Sales Manager for Pella Windows in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. He oversaw all facets of retail in-home sales for the entire Cincinnati market. Previous to Pella, Kevin worked for the Gilkey Window Company for 16 years. He was Regional Sales Manager/VP of Sales, and was responsible for all sales contracts and work orders in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville, Kentucky. Prior to the VP of Sales position, Kevin managed the Dayton market and served in various other sales and operations capacities at Gilkey.
Kevin is a NARI Certified Remodeling Specialist and AWDI Certified Window Consultant.
